the strick will be on till our grievances r soted out.it is so sad dat evev wen u get an admission into de university,u will not be granted leave,b'cos dey (de leaders of nurses group) want us to go thru diploma.which will be a waste of time.dey call us auxilliary nurses, but we work all round.we treat minor illness n do immergency deliveries just to mention a few,as de so called nurses do.lets c if dey can really fit into our position, des stike season.merry christmas to all chn's.

Comunity health nurses' are just like the the registered nurse' why: 1.We conduct emergency delivery without any protective kit. 2.We conduct ANC,CWC,home visit 'sending health to the door steps' an integral part in achieving MDGs. 3.Family care/planing services, TT injec and inject to prevent all the childhood killer disx. 4.We consult. Infact in a chips zone the CHO becomes the MA,Dispenser Storekeeper Midwif hum we cary out the responsibility of al the various dpartmentnts in the hosp. In adition to our normal responsibility. WE DO ALL THESE NOT UNDER ANYBODY'S SUPERVISION. HENCE MUST NOT BE CLASIFIED AS AUXILIARY NURSES

for how long wld we be treated as under dogs when we work at the peril of our lives.3wks ago a chn was run down by a car wit her intenstians coming out whn she was going to submit returns all in the name of wrk nd u kal us auxillary nurses may god forgive nmc.the most annoying part is that most of the so called big woman were once chns bt ve forgotten their past shame on them.

What i think is that we should have a strong stakeholders and employ the services of good lawyers for legal advice and so on.all of us should also be involved.the group shouldn"t limit itself to only Brong Ahafo.you should come down to the Central also. It"s members should also be updated on whatever that is going on.the only thing we know is bring your dues and that is it.we do not even know how to get in touch with the president.what prevent her from going round all the country to interact with her members.we really need to do a lot.we must fight to at least upgrade ourselfs.what happens to the strike.all we heard was that we should go back to work.we need to be strong before we can fight for our right.some of the chns were even against the action so they decided to go to work.madame president more needs to be done" we beg"because the humiliation sometimes become
annoying.
