Well all I know from experience is; As of "2008" (when hospitals started this Drug Testing thing) they are required 2 Drug Test the babies 1st bow movement 2 see if the baby has ANY TYPE of Illegal Substances in he/she's system!!! As far as the parent(s), I would imagine that if the child(ren) has an Illegal Substance in he/she's system than the mother MORE THAN LIKELY would as well!!!!! I know in "2008-2009" when MY 2 little baby boys were born, they Drug Tested their 1st bow movements, but SURPRISINGLY, I'm not 1 of those mothers who feed/fed my UNBORN CHILD something that they couldn't REFUSE THEMSELVES!!!!!!!!!
