I stay in shape by doing a few simple things. First, every other day I walk once around the block for a good cardio workout. Second, I only eat 17 potato chips a day instead of the whole bag. Third, I take my temperature every night before bed with a rectal thermometer. Finally, when I feel my blood pressure rising, I strip to calm down and eat a plum. You should do these things too because I am healthy as a horse.

I have a few others but I think I will keep them to myself. They involve piers, a pipe and a blowtorch. I learned it from some homie out of Appalachia.
