Really like the phrase "maximizing and repurposing the existing nursing home." Rethinking how senior communities ought to be is essential, especially for rural communities where public transportation is limited. It's about time that senior communities in rural America undergo changes that will make the lives of the elderly more comfortable since they will have access to things like preventive health services, socialization and learning opportunities, fitness, technology and sub-acute and acute care.
