I have been second and third shift RN in nursing homes for years. The laziest, most indolent, worthless pieces of protoplasm gravitate to that shift, I went and always have for proper patient care but with the cna sitting on their fat dupa and eating the entire shift or hiding, call lights ringing off the hook, How can one be in a nurse supervisor position, non management, then the racial issue. appalling.
