• People of the world particularly people of third world
countries are dying from acute kidneys failure simply because of
poor information about health education which can prevent many types
of diseases like kidney failure [ damage , injuries of kidney
particularly due to medical diseases ].people were and are not
provided health education about how to protect kidneys which are
basically, commonly as follows :-[ 1 ] have to drink sufficient
amount of water more in hot summer season specially during the time 0f
hard physical labor, hard and heavy sport activities ,………………….,in this
situations we have to compulsorily drink plenty of water, fluid diet,
,.. to keep body weld hydrated [2] have to take plenty of green
vegetables, salad,………, in daily diet,[3 ] try best to keep body
weight normal,[ 4 ] not take regular meat, eggs, meat products,[ 5
]] do regular hard physical work, body exercise,[ 6 ] prevention
of high blood pressure , if it is already high regular intake of anti
hypertensive drugs after examination by doctors.,……………………
country like Nepal India, and other south Asian countries never give
importance to the health education to the public in regular basis
through mass media. The mass media of third world countries like ,
Nepal, India, other south Asian countries, in Africans countries and
other third world countries ,is full of politics, cheap entertainments,
sports ,……………….,.in the third world countries people are suffering
, dying from many preventable diseases simply because of poor health
education to the general population , public, citizens,…………………,.
many people mostly teen age and young people are dying rapidly
because majorities of them suffer from rapid progress kidney
diseases. streptococcal infection of throat case rheumatic heart
disease and to some children cause kidney disease and in some
children cause kidney. because of health consciousness,……………, in the
parent ,readily available treatment facilities and timely check up and
treatment of streptococcal throat infection of children in developed
countries this sort of health problem becoming rare and are in
developed world. In third world countries those teen age and
young patient who are suffering from rapidly developing kidneys
disease are dying very Rapidly due to simply they could not afford
expensive, complicated kidney transplant procedures or temporary
cleaning of bodily waste products, waist materials by haemo dialysis
machine, peritoneal dialysis procedures .This process have to do at
least twice a week, which is very expensive for the common people of
this part of the world. in initial about 2-3 months period the
family members help the patient to do dialysis by borrowing money,
selling all their properties, but after some months patient’s
relative becomes helpless to spent more money to keep their petite
alive because they become un able to spent more money for further
dialysis. and simply wait helplessly their beloved die because they
are compelled to that situation that they cannot find any more money
by any mean for the dialysis of their patient. After diagnosis
till the death due to kidney failure those patients who suffer from
this serious disease suffer huge physical and emotional tortures.
when doctors, and his or her team in government hospital or private
hospital, or any kidney center refuse, stop,……, the above mentioned
haemo dialysis or peritoneal dialysis procedure due to notable
collecting required amount of money by the relative of patient for
this life saving procedure , patient will die certainly within days
or less than 2 weeks .

One of the major causes of ever increasing renal failure [ kidneys
failure due to damage [ injury ] of kidney due to longer period
exposure of following chemicals , insecticides,………..to the human
kidneys. At the same time there are other ever increasing causes of
injury to human kidneys which are :- over prescriptions by doctors,
even buy paramedics , over counter purchase any kind of drugs except
diazepam groups , anti depressive drugs, all kinds of drugs can be
purchased in any medical shops without prescriptions of registered
doctor's prescriptions in most of the third world countries
including Nepal. over use , miss use of pain killers drugs like
ibuprofen, diclofenac, nimoslide, tramadol, particularly in chronic
pain and swelling of joints, like rheumatoid arthritis, chronic joints
pain, chronic pain of major over used and weight bearing joint like
knee, ankle joints,………………………these drugs are anti-inflammatory and
pain killers,] which are doing injury to the human kidneys because
these drugs are kidneys toxic if used in over doses , for longer
period,……………….., there is ever increasing occurrence of gout disease
which is due to increase of uric acid in human body which cause pain,
redness, swelling ,….., of toes [ usually ]usually this disease
occur in those people who are obese due to eating more red meat, other
protein diet. But in recent year there is ever increasing higher side
of uric acid even in the normal body weight people who do not take
more red meat and other protein foods. It is due to the ever
increasing trend of deficiency of that enzyme in today’s human body
which metabolize the uric acid in normal persons. the drug used for
to treat the high uric acid which are allporinol, cholcinin,
endomethacin,., for longer period also do injury to the human
kidneys. it is because of due to the pollution of foods, water,.,
by the followings industrial chemicals and insecticides during the use
of these materials in agriculture, fruits production, horticulture,
farms,……….., the deficiency of this enzyme which metabolize the uric
acid is increasing day by day. which is causing high uric acid in
the human body which also do the injury to the human kidneys. One
of the major cause of ever increasing injury, damage, failure,……….,
of kidneys, hypertension [ high blood pressure ], diabetic mellitus [
sugar diseases ], heart diseases, lungs diseases, skin allergy and
other skin diseases, eyes diseases, blood diseases, cancer s of
liver, stomach, intestines, pancreases, bones, blood and other
organs,……………………… among human
population,…………….,of all over
the world particularly in over populated , over crowded, always
impoverished , always backward, always illiterate, never developing

:- majorities of
these countries are very dry , dusty, hot, dirty, filthy, noisy, very
rough, harsh, tough difficult ,……,to live , survive,,…………..,.

Australia and newzeland ]. over crowded, always
impoverish, always backward, always illiterate, never developing third
world countries of Asia, Africa, Latin America ,Oceania [ except
Australia and newzeland ] are ever increasingly, rampantly,
misusing,…….., the industrial chemicals in the name of chemical
fertilizers, insecticide, in grain farming, food stuffs farming,
vegetables farming, fruits farming, cereals farming, animal farming,
dairy farming, fish farming, green house farming, horticulture
farming,, green vegetables farming……,over crowded people of above
mentioned regions of third world countries are also ever
increasingly, rampantly misusing, over using,…, the above mentioned
industrial chemicals in the name of painting of houses,
buildings,……………….., all above activities are causing ever increasing
sever pollution of soils [ land pollutions ], air
pollution, water pollution ,food pollution,……………..,: by following ways
; - as preservatives in the food materials, adding these chemicals in
ready made foods………….,. Ever increasing misuse, rampant misuse of
these industrial chemicals to increase the flavor, to give color of
cold drinks… in south Asia human population is continuously
using these chemical in the name of carbides in all year available
banana fruits and mango fruits which are available in summer season
for the purpose of urgent and forcefully ripening of these fruits [
which makes these fruits become yellow in color [ which is natural
color ], soft,……, which are
the sign of ripening of banana, mangoes,….., over crowded, always
impoverished , always backward, always illiterate, never developing third
world countries of Asia, Africa, Latin America ,Oceania [ except
Australia and newzeland ] is also ever increasingly , rampantly, misuse of
industrial chemicals in papita [ mewa ], water melon [ naturally
grown these fruits are very delicious, beautiful looking ],
cucumber,…, to enlarge the size of these fruits in rapid way.

beautiful, sweet, tidy, neat, clean, systemic, orderly, harmonious
,colorful, meaningful, comfortable, not harsh, happy ,,,,,,,,,,

Human population in south Asia are suffering from renal failure [
kidney failure ] which is becoming epidemic in this part of world due
to ever increasing urban population with urban lives, late diagnosed,
poorly treated :-diabetic mellitus, hypertension, acute glomerulo
nephritis, congestive cardiac failures, dilated cardiac myopathies,
cor pulmonaley [ heart disease
due to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ], ignorance ,
carelessness,.……, about health, friendly food habits, not eating
regular green vegetables, fruits, salad,……., not drinking
sufficient amount of water, not treated urinary stones,…………..,.

Make adult education, universal, compulsory, poplar,…………………., among
the whole adult population of whole world .first eradicate the gross,
,…., illiteracy which is so rampant in the third world counties of
Asia, Africa, south America, central and mountainous countries of
south America, Oceania except Australia, new zee land . first
eradicate the rampant illiteracy among the human population of whole
world, immediately, urgently, compulsorily, strictly,………………..,control
the human population, work very hard, learn from each other, live
together,……………………… then only poverty alleviation will be possible
in this world. Make rules and regulation,………………., to have compulsory
adult education to each and every individual of the world population.
Make adult education continue for the lifelong for all the adult
population of the whole world.

human populating of the world!
Stop any more growth of human population because it already beyond
the capacity of earth to bear, tolerate, give shelter,
manage,…………………., it. In this world everything has certain range of
capacity to tolerate, bear, adjust, manage,…………., the burden. in the
same way earth is already over populated, over burdened,
exhausted,……., due to un controlled , un managed, un planed,……, ever
increasing , continuous growth of human population . as result there
is already more than 7 billion hungry mouth, lazy bones, criminal
mind [ majorities of 7 billion human population ] in the earth. This
ever increasing, over burden,……………, human population is ever
increasingly casing un natural, destructive activities,….., to the
earth. Even a single birth of a child in the earth, at this present
day’s critical time, cause extra burden to already sick earth for
providing shelter, food, water, clothes, education, health service,
social activities and provide all the resources to make him or her
good citizen.
