You know, most Thai are not happy to do that but the burden of refugees resulted from conflicts in neigbouring countries were enormous. Why it happened? you can ask your CIA regarding the Laotians, Vietnameses, Cambodians refugee problems. An american hypocrite would have difficulty to understand why these burden is not happily accepted by the Thai government. After all, your country has major role in this Hmong refugee problem, why don't your country accommodate them all. You don't have royalty toward your war comrades? U.S have already except the Hmong Refugees to resetle in the thrid world, why not let them pass??., instead of sold them back to Laos for electricity!.. Atleast let UNHCR monitors their well being!!..

China did not invade Tibet.
Before the arrival of the PLA the entire world recognized that Tibet was China's territory. So could China have invaded itself?
The myth about China "invading" Tibet was invented by the CIA and UK for the purpose of the Korean war. Eventhough both USA and UK officially recognized that Tibet is a part of China, because of the Korean war (1950-1953), they created a large number of so called "NGOs".
These NGOs with funding from the UK and US gov churned out large amount of lies about Tibet.
UK and and USA are just using the innocent Tibetans as canon fodder for another round of cold war against China.
