When I was diagnosed it took a long time and it wasn't untill 2 weeks after the diagnosis that treatment could be carried out. I was very tired and did not respond to treatment until one month after I started!
I wish that treatment was easier, and that my GP could have known what I had from the start, it would have made this process easier.
