UN court hears Peru-Chile sea border dispute

the chile neighbors are always trying to bother Chile, is like the case of israel, sorrounded by bad neighbors, what a pity.. I hope the court see that, as a matter of fact, we cannot accept that anyone can go to it and ask for what they've never had before. I think there is a secret alliance Peru-Bolivia-Argentina. Centuries ago these countries planned secretly bother, attack Chile to avoid its development.
