Anybody can file a report to the ICC if they think someone has committed a crime against humanity such as genocide, ethnic cleansing, mass murder. So if you feel so strong about it why don't you do just that against NATO.

All suspected criminals should be prosecuted by ordinary court not by "revolutionary" ( Revolutionary court was used by Hitler and Stalin) If Libya avoid to prosecute criminals from rebels Libian Revolution will be black spot in History.

Not only Hitler and Stalin , there were many other dictator's courts: you forgot to include the revolutionary courts set by gaddafi especially those during the holy month of Ramadan in 1984.

Hitler and Stalin never had revolutionary courts. France during the French revolution and Iran did though.

I'm dead serious! Go on, it's your right if you think you've got something.

Just one tip before you start writing your report. You can only file against people, not against organisations or countries. So you'll have to personally name whoever you think has committed the crime, such as Pres. Obama, Sarkozy and that soft looking ugly Brit dude. You can also name the Generals who gave the orders.

You'll be able to find out the address of the ICC in Holland in the internet I suppose.

I'm sorry to have disappointed you but you are the one going on about NATO crimes. The ICC may look intimidating to the single individual but I assure it must take all reports sent in to it seriously. If they find your report well founded enough to have merit there is no reason for them not to start their own investigations against the persons you have named. Believe me, try it, you will be surprised how far you can go if you just try.

Maybe that's only because it's white people reporting on Africans. Maybe nobody has bothered to report someone big from the West because they think like you. You can only find out by trying to report let's say Obama and Sarkosy for a start. Then maybe next put the knife into Camaron and some of the NATO Generals. I heard the Germans also supplied some smart bombs, so that makes them also culpable. I'd love to see Merkel standing in front of the ICC trying to explain herself and then getting dragged off to a cell for 20 years. Looool! Come on, I know you can do it, dude, go get em all!

I don’t see what your problem is. The statutes of the ICC are straight to the point and easy to understand. Anyone who has good reason to believe that a political leader, regardless of race, country or religion, has committed crimes against humanity can report him to the ICC. The court is obliged to investigate and indict the accused if they find the evidence sufficient to make a case. And even if the ICC chooses not to indict they are still obliged to answer your report and explain their reasons to you.

Yes the USA has not signed the statutes of the ICC but that does not matter. If let’s say Obama gets indicted he is only safe from arrest in the US. If he goes anywhere else, every country that has signed itself to the ICC is obliged to arrest him and pack him off to The Hague. And just to wet your appetite here a bit of information: There is supposed to be a law agreed on by the US-Congress that allows the president to invade The Hague in the event of any US citizen getting indicted by the ICC! Just imagine the mischief you can get up to by filing a report on any US citizen to the ICC!

Go on, dude! You know you really want to do it.

You are not right with politicians only. The accused Bosnia defendands were not only politicians like Karadzic or Milosevic but army generals or even paramilitary commanders as well. In theory. If Wikileaks had revealed a name of a particular pilot who had dropped a bomb and his supervisory officer who had planned the sortie knowing that there is at least small possibility civilians might be affected, Mustafa Naji who´s wife and two children were killed in Zlitan would have had a good chance in front of The ICC to accuse them, to win and to be compensated. Not to say, the pilot, his bosses or even Sarkosy himself would and up in a jail.
Sure, in theory....

It’s not only African Leaders; it’s any Nationalistic small Country Leaders. Look what happened in the former Yugoslavia. The point is to eliminate strong nationalistic leaders of small countries, because the only strength the small countries have, is in the strength of the Will of its people. So if strong brand of people is eliminated, the Countries are practically served on the platter to the outside appetites. Africa, because of its rich resources, is more in the focus. It is all an issue of Imperialism and not the racism; grabbing the resources. The Greed is color blind. This Kangaroo Court is invented to serve its purpose.

I’m sorry if there is any misunderstanding but I’m sure I never stated anywhere that only politicians can be indicted. In fact I even specifically mentioned that generals are also fair game.

What do you mean in theory? The ICC statutes are quite clear, nothing in it says its just theory. Of course, as in any court of law, there are a few important rules to observe. You need hard proof and you have to name the culprit. Also, don’t forget the jurisdiction of the ICC only goes as far as crimes against humanity such as genocide, ethnic cleansing, mass murder, etc. I’m not so sure if killing a few civilians by dropping a bomb counts though. Maybe if the order was given with intent at targeting civilians.

Sure, if everybody has the same mindset like you nobody will report any white leaders to the ICC. BTW have you ever seen the judges sitting in court at the ICC? You should watch closely when there is a court scene on TV. I'd say a good half of the judges are black!
