Since the CEO of Delta feels the steps his company took to comply with guidelines set by the TSA failed........gee, he's old enough to know the 'woulda', coulda','shoulda' stufff is so much hot air.
For my money: stick to the guidelines but think for yourself and do it correctly! You can incorporate their suggestions but with your knowledge you'll be saving lives instead of saying 'woulda','coulda,'shoulda'!!
