No, don't trade him...he's been the Blackhawks secret playoff weapon for the last 2 seasons.

I think they would be smart to unload him just for the sake of his contract alone. Then add a few hard nosed players and a free agent goalie or two.. He hasnt really pulled his weight this year and isnt playing like he did a couple of years ago... they would be better off with out him me thinks..

LUONGO makes some of the most amazing saves during playoff season. He can't be traded.

Dump him !!!!!!! He is taking up way too much cap space and looked very shakey in many games last year, especially in the playoffs... He has got to go !!

um, NO. luongo is AMAZING, he isn't captain for nothing. you all just can't see how good of a goalie he is. screw you. just because he can't save everything that comes at him? just watch the saves he makes, UNDERSTAND HOW GOOD HE IS, AND STOP HATING.

He has become very inconsistant in his play. Yes some nights he looks like he could stop anything, then the next he couldnt stop a beachball. for the money they are paying him,he has let the team down,as well as the fans of the canuck.... dump him and open up some cap room to fill the holes that this team has developed because all the money has been spent in net....Problem is no one will want him because of that outrageous contract he has !!!!

With his contract I don't see any team trading for him unless Vancouver pays part of his salary still. If they did, it wouldn't make sense to trade him if he still doesn't come off their books.

fire the coaching staff.....some of the best hockey players in the world and nothing is happening...

Luongo an excellent goalie but it seems the team will not play for him and definitely the fans are not behind him - remember Patrick Roy in Montreal?

Cory Schneider -is going to be a top rated goalie -he has been with the best and it has rubbed off on him....Final game -did he play his best? If these shots were taken on him last game he would of stopped them both without a doubt. Everyone is sugar coating stops that should of been made from a top goalie. I am certain the offence and defense stopped more shots than the goalie today.

Canucks need a couple stars that can put the puck in the net every game - every playoff game and be there where there is a crunch.

Even Thomas has his bad games this is just what happens....if the Sedins don't score they don't get benched.

They should of played Luongo all games! Fire the coaching staff.

Appreciate being able to voice my opinion everyone have a great day!

Think my answer went into cyberspace.

Would Vancouver actually trade Luongo?

Actually, that might not be the right question.....I believe, how does Luongo feel about being treated as a backup goalie?

Checkout the Patrick Roy video on Youtube... the fans and coach were not supportive of a world class goalie. A goalie cannot remain being the top with soooo much negativity....

So...I feel Luongo might feel he is do for fans that would love you even if you blow it the odd time....what team is like that? Toronto...

The canucks should get rid of luongo and the twins.. luongo cant stop a puck in the playoffs and the twins try to be tough guys in the playoffs... results are not good.. go oilers go !!!!!!
