As a 1st generation Canadian all I can say is Thank God that my late parents did not fight for Canada in world war II. I am glad they never sacrificed for this country that is being taken over by drugs and thugs. They did fight for allied nations but I live in a nation of bums. If Revenue Canada allows parents to claim the tuition that their young adult children pay, then those same parents should be financially responsible for the mayhem and vandalism of their 20 something brats. Canada, if you have any courage, personally bill mommy and daddy of the thugs for the vandalism and loss of property. If the parents were billed personally chances are that they would begin to discipline their brats. Of course if mommy and daddy are snorting cocains or whatever this may be a problem; however, parental responsibility cannot stop at age 18. Today's 20 somethings are worse than teens in many ways.

Young people are Canada's new urban terrorists. Canadians should be permitted to legally protect their property, homes and businesses from such thugs. I bet that in the US, this would not have happened; there, it seems that the homeowner or business owner can legally protect him or herself from thugs, burglars, etc. Perhaps it is time to use tasers on these thugs. Since this can happen in any community where they riot if they win or lose or for any other reason, then I can see the home and business security doing very well in the coming years. Instead of giving to charity I can see people having to spend money fortifying their homes, businesses and vehicles.
