A little research (or editing?) would tell you McElhinney signed a 2 year/1 way deal over a week ago.
A little of watching hockey would tell you Cory Sarich was the Flames 2nd best dman behind Regehr this season. |

Mr. Portzline should concentrate on the Blue Jackets as he knows absolutely nothing about the Flames. First, he says that McIlhenny is a UFA and it is hard to believe he will return. Check the wire from two weeks ago Mr. Portzline. He already resigned with the Flames. Second, he says that it looks like Camalleri will be allowed to walk. Wrong again, Mr. Portzline. When the Flames obtained Jokinin, they had already talked to Camalleri and worked out a deal to resign him. Third, he says that Glencross should not be untouchable. Did you watch any Flames games this past season, Mr. Portzline. I think not. Please stay where you belong in Columbus and don't try to write about something that you know nothing about.
