Kurtis Foster is a prime example why NHL's current icing rule is in direct contrast with it's weak attempt at preventing serious injuries. If Cindy Crosby takes a good hard hit on an icing situation, the NHL might take notice. How long did it even take notice of the concussion issue. But, don't hold your breath Kurt, Cindy gets a rash anytime he goes near the back boards.
