The things I observed at the Nigerian consulate general office in Johannesburg in South Africa on the the 6th and 8th of oct,08.
The style and the manner in which the Yoruba sisters and some other tribe in the cosulate used in handling the case of Igbo man is unacceptable,if you call them on the line, and when you sound like you are from the Enugu or Imo and other parts of Igbo speaking side, their will hang up on you.

When you get there in person,if you do not have money on you to pay what ever you are ask to pay, then you must go back that day with out a help.
I can give you about three names if you like, and you can still conduct a serch on this.
I was on the line with my friend last week calling the the office, but to no avail. We were giving a cell number of one of emplyee in the cosulete,so that she can help us,but when the guy speak english, the next thing we heard was,(Ah!omoibo nii..)and she drops the phone. The guy called again and start speaking Yoruba, then the lady apologyse to him with speed, but still charged us 1600 South African Rands for a letter that will bear Nigerian stamp so that we can chainge our drivers licence.
