Trademark judges to hear new case on Redskins name

As someone who has spent nearly a third of her life fighting the Washington Redskins nickname, Suzan Shown Harjo had a good laugh when asked about the team's latest line of defense.

Redskin is no more a disparaging word than blackman. Besides don't they have more important issues to worry about.

More important issues than this. This is ridiculous and the organization isn't using name with malicious intent. I think this is all political BS for fame and votes. Harjo is just trying to get popular over this and says she's for what's wright and has good cause. Why don't she try to do something positive with her efforts and energy. Her own people are struggling in poverty as she wastes taxpayers money on this garbage.
