A September 18, 2013 article recently out from the Fansided internet site: "Carolina Panthers owner turned down 1.25 billion offer to move to LA Mike Dyce - Sept 18, 2013. Additionally, there was rumors that the North Carolina legislature will approve about 565 million dollars for a new stadium in Charlotte to be built for the Carolina Panthers. The measure has gone up for consideration, whether it is approved or whether it will be approved is still pending.
