Miami should sign young and let him know if he loses the starting job to Henne he's the backup. Though if Thigpen is still a dolphin he might be able to beat Henne for the starting job.

Does Miami have the defense to cover all the obvious flaws of VY?

averages only 150 yds a game...

less than 1 passing TD per game average...54 games only 42 TDs

As many INTs and TDs...42 of each...and 38 fumbles

I think his career QB rating is around 75

Why would any team want a QB with such pitiful stats?

Why does everyone insist that Young is good for Miami? Can Miami afford Young's baggage? Do you really feel that he deserves more of shot at starting then Henne? So what happens if he doesnt get the starting job and throws another hissy fit? Is this what we want to see in the locker room? Its enough that the owner screwed the coaching staff with his trip last year and now with the emotions around the lockout. We already have enough disfunction. If you're going to look for a qb who can compete fairly with Henne and/or be a good backup lets look at Matt Moore.
