Limbaugh in limbo?

Rush Limbaugh's bid to buy the St. Louis Rams ran into opposition within the NFL on Tuesday, when Colts owner Jim Irsay vowed to vote against him and commissioner Roger Goodell said the conservative commentator's "divisive" comments would not be tolerated from any NFL insider.

I agree with this totally! There is no mistaking Rush for a racist and a bigot and there is absolutely no space for him in the NFL. With people like him around I am sometimes ashamed to be of the same race. Here is a man who stated " I hope he fails" when Obama won meaning he wants America to fail and it did fail. IT FAILED DRASTICALLY UNDER GEORGE W. BUSH and we are still trying to rectify these problems,. Since Rush is such a large supporter of LOST causes, maybe he can by the MSL with his exta Oxycotin money left over from all those fraudelant perscriptions he has laying around

Rush has no money left over from his drug addiction. The "sudden" loss of weight simply means that his new drug of choice is an amphetamine.

I believe that his partial ownership may not be all bad. His current influence is over a bunch of mindless, like thinking, ignorant, racist, sexist, bigoted Republicans. Putting him in a high profile ownership position in the NFL has terrific potential for Democrats. More McNabb type comments will help to drive moderates in the right direction. Nobody can advance the Republican small tent philosophy like Rush.

As far as I am concerned, this all comes down to the owners voting for this bid (if it gets that far). This whole issue is most likely a huge publicity event for Rush Limbaugh so he can come back with more of his hatred.
