Yes to Castillio no to Martz.. He has struggled last few teams, we would be better off with someone else.

It seems that Castillo would be okay based on experience. Having said that, isn't Castillo a zone blocking guy? As far as Martz, that is an interesting interview. In terms of coaching trees, Norv Turner, Mike Martz and Al Saunders are from the Zampesee tree. So why interview Martz when Saunders is around?

sactly! either sanders is stepping down or staying put. but he doesn't seem to be in the picture of (OC) if they are interviewing? otherwise, he'd be at top of no list?

I'm just not a fan of Martz and he passes TOO much. It works with Kurt Warner sure, but it wouldn't work with us. DHB is NOT Issac Bruce, McFadden is NOT Marshall Faulk and Palmer is NOT Warner.

I disagree. Martz is a good match for the Raiders and a better match than Trestman with the current personnel. He has fast WRs in DHB, Moore and Ford (it would be nice if the Raiders still had Murphy). A RB (McFadden) than can catch the ball and is very deadly in the open field (two RBs that can catch downfield if you count Reese). Doesn't require an Elite TE that the Raiders don't have (or need to Draft). A QB who is every bit as good as Warner. Plus all of these players are experienced (not rookies) and can pick-up the nuiancses of his system that they are mostly likely very familiar with already. To me, the question is why Martz when you have Saunders?
