When coaches get fired this year, who will replace them?

I think Frazier being 5-13 Now as a head coach needs to be looked at as one of the coaches there talking about The Owner Needs to start to look at his choices here. With 4 games left That dont look winnable The Vikes would end the season 2-14 Giving Frazier a record of 5-17 The defensive staff The way Guys run right by Vikes players WHAT No backup help in the game plan? Fire them all they havnt fixed it it all year long. Its happen in more then one game now. Guys running free. How many Games will the Owner let Frazier lose? He Cant let the next season go by like this one. Can He? This is a business & the worker isnt doing even a fair Job You got to start thinking of letting him go as much as you like him Its the best thing for the business & the team. IF the Owner keeps Frazier then he needs to tell him to take more control of his Staff Letting Harven & kyle sit on th side line on a 3rd & goal WAS DUMB Kyle had Just made the last TD. Who Wouldbe a good replacement? OR should it be just the defensive saff replaced?

The new coaching staff will be hired by the GM.

I think macarthy will be fired for overdosing on bratwurst when green bay loses to Baltimore in the superbowl I like Frazier but i like winning a heckuva lot more I say get Jeff fisher or convince cowher to come aboard seeing as sparano should stay on as coach in Miami if dolphins do can him we should consider him. Go vikes we have a good core that can be a playoff team next year with the right guidance

They should get Chip Kelly from Oregon and draft RG3. Then he could run the no-huddle offense and Webb would actually make sense as a backup, not a backup wide receiver. Trade Ponder for a tackle

Coach Caldwell should have already been replaced. It becomes more difficult with each loss to attribute the lose of Peyton as the only cause.

oh, i didn't mean us. I never believed Frazier was on the hot seat. Just hope we get a GM. I think there will be a change at DC for "fall-guy" purposes, but i'm not fully convinced of that, even.
