Raiders face familiar obstacle in Jared Gaither

Funny how these things work out. On July 29, the Raiders brought in tackle Jared Gaither to training camp and were close to signing him - another big piece to a team looking to make the playoffs for the first time in nine years.

I knew not signing this guy would be a mistake...But we won't know for sure until Sunday. Most of our pass rush comes from the inside with Seymour and Kelly since Shaughnessey went down and out. All we have to do is suck it up and JUST WIN BABY!!!!!!

Yep. I like Veldheer and think he will develop into a great LT though. I think Gaither was set on playing LT, but if he would've played RT can you imagine the improvement to our right side? WOW!!

Yes I can. I think either one could've done well on the right side.
