To enter all you have to due is register for the Chargers search site: http://mychargerssearch.swagbucks.com/refer/g... You get 3 points for signing and can enter as many times as you like. The Chargers search site works just like Google only you can win prizes from the Chargers for using it. The ticket winner will be announced 7 days before each home game.
