Since you couldn't stop anything else he did, I guess little victories like this are important to you. Pretty sad what your overall failures have turned you into. Assuming you weren't this petty before Vick.

I wish Michael Vick would get swallowed up by a large sinkhole on the N.J. Turnpike.

Society's outrage expressed toward the dog killer Michael Vick's crimes and public shame does matter to him. Big time. Pointed-headed creep, Vick, just can't seem to get a book signing deal without public outrage stopping him.

Vick cannot seem to get a book signing deal at the Barnes & Nobles bookstore without public outrage putting a stop to it; good! Wonderful! Go away, Michael Vick! You are not sorry. You are only sorry you got caught.

Why does Vick keep popping his ugly pointy-head up when he knows the strong public outrage for him will always be fast and furious? Decent people wish he would just shut up and go away. Every time he pops that ugly damn head of his up we will be there to remind him we can't stand the sight of him.

"Vick cannot seem to get a book signing deal at the Barnes & Nobles bookstore without public outrage putting a stop to it"
"public outrage" didn't put a stop to it. Death threats from you wonderful, animal loving idiots, against store employees stopped it. That's right, threats against totally innocent people. You must be proud. Pretty desperate way to get your point across, don't you think ? Maybe it's time you realized you've done all you can and you're the ones who should "just shut up and go away" rather than breaking laws to get what you want.
By the way, the ONLY thing that stopped the signing was the threats against innocent people. If you did some research before you opened your mouth, you would know that the threats against him didn't change his mind about appearing. If the morons hadn't threatened people who had nothing to do with him, they would have (again) failed to do a damn thing.

"What Vick and his supporters don't seem to understand is that some acts are just unforgivable. There isn't any form of rehabilitation to his image that he can perform that will erase the memory of the numerous dog corpses removed from his property in Virginia or the reprehensible detais of how Vick and his associates went about murdering these innocent animals."

According to the publishing company, Vick was the ONLY target of the death threats. Let me repeat that. Vick was the only target of the alleged death threats.

"This just screams of desperate publicity grab by a publisher that realized no one cares about Vick's book. Looks like the book arrived to no fanfare last fall and has sailed into obscurity.

We're really supposed to believe that six months after the book was published, in the NFL offseason, after a mediocre and nondescript season by Vick, and after many other public appearances, he's just NOW getting death threats. How naive do they think we are?

Interesting that the book was published by some small-time religious publishing company. And now they're pushing the redemption and victimization angle. Pretty sad."

I had read that an anonymous person CLAIMED there were death threats made against bookstore employees. If true, that is terrible that innocent people were threatened.

By the way, you are a rude little man.

I am glad his book tour was canceled. No one needs Michael Vick to darken their doorstep with his enormous, evil presence.

"had to cancel upcoming dates across the country after threats to Barnes & Noble Booksellers and an independent bookstore in New Jersey"
"It is disturbing that a few extremists would threaten Vick's family and store employees,"
All via CNN.COM .
You don't think the bookstores would be saying it's not true if it weren't ? Would you allow someone to freely back out of a contract designed to make you money unless the facts presented were true ?
You morons are really good at believing what you want when it comes to Vick. You never want to deal in facts. Only what you believe is true. Unless it's bad, then you'll believe anything. Talk about "pretty sad".

I was not misinformed. Reread my previous sentence. According to Vick's publishing company, an anonymous person had reported threats were made to employees at the bookstore. If threats were actually made, they should be taken seriously to be on the smart, safe side. Now, you go straighten (ahem) your own unaware self out, will you?

How about you show me anything besides your opinion that says they weren't credible ?
You failed to mention your source for your quotation. What is your source for the above quotation? Now, you'll be really stumped for a reply to that question because you just pulled that so-called quotation out of your fanny. LOL

Anyway, let's get to the bottom line. Everyone is safe. People should not threaten violence against anyone.

That putrid dummy, Vick, should go live his life quietly and stop seeking publicity. Vick is a public nuisance. Go away, Vick! Stop seeking the limelight, you big dummy!

People like you are quite funny in a ninth grade way, you do NOT think that people have a right to opinions about Vick? You do not think that some people could find the torture and suffering he put innocent animals through is worth remembering and bringing up at every possible occasion? I laugh everytime I see Mikey stagger to the sideline with his latest concussion and think how many more before he has one for every evil thing he put a dog through. You call people like me "Captain Clueless"? Got news for you, you little uninformed idiot, people who do things like he did to dogs would do it to people if they thought they could get away with it.
One last thought Mikey gave the dogs one chance and that was to fight and win or be put to death. When Mikey came to trial he did not have the courage to do what he demanded of his dogs and the little bitch cried for a plea deal.

No what's disturbing is that so many people still support allowing Vick to have dogs after what he did.
