I called for Shurmer's firing last season, and while it took an extra year, it finally happened.

Pat Shumur in my estimation was too young to coach a team with such defensive talent. A more mature coach was needed to make this team what we old Browns fans remember from yesteryear. Teams use to fear the Cleve;land Browns and those teams from the past took on their rivals with a passion. I think it would be unwise to draft another quarterback. Weeden and McCoy were the two starting quarterbacks. Although Lewis was impressive would he be able to do it again? Maybe preseason 2013 will sort things out. However, the Browns need an experienced coach with a winning philosophy lime Andy Reid.
I want to see the Browns as a winning team in 2013 and re-establish the Browns of old.

Andy Reid or Lovie Smith are your best bets.Maybe John Gruden if the Browns could convince him.
