The Vikings are on par to win the division or at the least the wildcard. With Zimmers more aggressive blitzing scheme we aught to put Arron Rodgers back in 2009 form. The Bears are who we thought they were. And the Lions have regressed by replacing Scwhartz with Cadwelder and after next year they wont have Suh or Fairley.....ROFLMAO...Skol Vikings.

the first half of the season is going to be tough on the vikes, because of a new system, but they do have talent, both passing and running, and give Cassel a lot of reps, that's what he needs, I know I watched him play for the pats and the more he played the better he got, and that is what he needs the coaches to do, it will be a rough start but in the end the vikes just might have a good Q.B. and give Bridgewater a chance to watch an learn the pro game instead of throwing him out there and getting devoured by the speed of the game an ruin his confidence. the offense is not the problem in Minnesota they can score points, what they need to do is stop their opponents from scoring, they need speed an players who can read a play and react to it in the front seven, and they need DB's an corners who can play, period just play their position, the games I did get to see up here in the northeast I saw a defense that looked lost out there most of the time, Zimmer needs to drill their job into to them, go back to basics and work up, he is a good defensive coach by mid season if he has good players you'll see a better defense and quite possibly a division challenger or at least a wild card team. I've been a Vikings fan since the 60's and before my time is up I'd love to see them win a super bowl. if only they had a defense today that they had back in the late 60's early 70's they'd have a few trophy's

if the coaches give Cassel the reps he'll have a good year, I watched him hear in new England (pats& VIKES FAN) and with each game he played the better he got. Zimmer needs to show Cassel he has confidence in him and let him play, he is going to make mistakes but let it slide and he'll figure it out and get better at reads and make better decisions, and that will give bridgewater a chance to watch an learn the pro gam, get use to the speed of play, witch is where most players wash out, they don't get the chance to watch an learn an prepare in practice. and a lot of players don't make it because they are in the wrong system. which is to bad.

Cassel played pretty good last year at the end.The Vikings dont have anymore uncertanties than any of the teams in the north.I think we have the overall best team.

We have the talent, but are lacking in experience. Due to young players and a new system. I'm thinking wild card or very close to it.

Patience is going to be key this year.

Boils down to QB and Defense
We have talent, but very fragmented under Frazier.
Zimmer can make a name for himself rather quickly if he can put the pieces together this season.
I'd like to have a coach who creates a winning atmosphere, from the ball boys to the special teams.
Despite the Metrodome, Vikings teams have been close, but with the new Ziggy world, expectations need to be advanced.
Just one Lombardi would be nice, a dynasty would be fitting.
