Now that Norv Turner has officially been fired as head coach of the San Diego Chargers, his successor can be a realistic question for Chargers fans-not just a hopeful "what-if." The team has begun its search to replace Turner.

MY first thought was Andy Reid,but, thats out.Who ever SD chooses at GM and HC,they would be smart to sign Lovie Smith as a defensive Coor.Like Ray Rhodes,a very good Defensive coach,not quite as good as a Head Coach

I'll be happy with Gruden or Bill Cowher. Both guys are proven and that's what SD needs.
