Really want to see more bump n run with Cook andd Rhodes though..........especially against a guy like B. Marshall, get him off his routes and Chicago becomes ordinary............Cook's gotta stay healthy............I predict this is his breakout year finally.

<quoted text>Risky..........can Erin really handle that job..........hope so, still a lot of time left and moves to be made by other teams, roster cuts etc... we'll see. Maybe if Urlacher would come down in price the Vikes would take a look, the upside of having a guy like that on your team would be the knowledge he could pass off, not to mention the experience on the field.....As for using Rhodes the Vikes did play cover 3 last season, I noticed it early on especially......now with his addition Vikes should be playin' that scheme even more........
You can blame Floyd for that.I really think the Vikes were planning on taking Manti Te'o and Patterson or Rhodes and Patterson and then filling the other position in the second round whichever it ended up being but then Floyd came along and he was to good to pass on.Wonder what the plan is on the dline>I know they say that Floyd is the heir apparent to Kevin Williams but Floyd seems to be the only one that has the size to play nose.I dont know if Guion is the answer. If Floyd does rotate with Williams where does that leave Christian Ballard. And then we bring in Everette Dawkins and sign Lawrence Jackson. What about De'aundre Reed.I cant believe well keep all of them. What are youre thoughts.

Vikes LOVE to platoon that D line huh? I've been blogging for the last 3 years here that I thought they could package a couple of these guys on that line and fill a positional need, especially when we had Edwards and he was unhappy......maybe now is the time to look into it.
