Winning the Super Bowl

Since the late 90's an elite Qb has won the S.B.Namely the Manning's,Brady,Big Ben,Rodgers,Brees,Elway,Favre.
2 exceptions,Balt and T.B. both had incredible defenses.As these guys age,replacements will almost certainly come from the likes of Ryan,Luck for starters.One could question what makes these guys great,OL?Wr?Accuracy in passing is a given.
So let's all way in on what makes a Qb great.
If we can't win it that way,I suggest we get that defense.It's what i suggested in last draft.
Thoughts????This could be a great debate.Try leaving the bias home on this one,at least where it doesn't make much sense.

Ultra competitive, most greats have some intangibles.
Brady was big and slow, Tark was short and fast. Marino had a rocket arm, Montana had great touch.
Pocket Presence, Fran seemed to have eyes on the back of his head and many times wouldn't flush until the exact right moment.
Favre had an iron will, and a linebackers mentality.

Simply put, what makes a QB great is a perfect blend of smarts to compensate for any physical/athletic limitations. Pro QB isn't an easy position to fill, at least with any regular success.

Eli Manning is not an elite QB but he had elite/lucky moments that lead to victory. What successful NFL team want is a consistent QB who can do more than manage a game.
