Frazier just couldn' t pull off playoffs with the great QB talent Spielman had given him.

Look at Frazier's record He was a major part of the losses with his bad play calling & no adjustments during a game. Wow

With Spieltard doing the QB picking, none of that will matter.

I agree no one can really say if a QB will be good or not .. Anyway Did you hear the Vikes are looking at the Broncos OC Adam Gase to be head coach or the Seahawks defensive coordinator Dan Quinn. I think anyone of them two would be a good pick. I like Adam Gase but look at what Quinn has done in seattle so any of two would be great.

I think Spielman has done a pretty good job so far. I dont think any team has hit a home run with every player they pick. I look at other picks of Spielman's, I think to be fair you got to. remember the pre draft trade for DE Allen & Harvin wasn't a bust pick & others like Jerome Felton, Greg Jennings, Cordarrelle Patterson, Jarius Wright, Blair Walsh, Sharrif Floyd, Xavier Rhodes, Harrison Smith Matt Kalil.
