Could be..Thats why they play the game.Green Bay will not be a push over and if Minn. wins it,it will be by the skin of their teeth and barely.Folks seem to think GB is falling back, when they are making changes that very well may improve the team.
Minn. is depending on Rookies and a vet WR
GB is depending on a few rookie RB and a few vet olinmen switching spots and a few vet coming back from injury to improve the defense.

Oh GB is not done or out of it.

Just saying the Viking improved more then any other team. GB won two in GB over the Vikes but they lost last year in Minnesota. And we're a lot stronger now. GB lost Jennings we got him that just one head to head change.
3 first round picks plus the number one punter on the board plus a top ten pick that dropped because a torn ACL that's like a 4th first rounder. Vikes also added a former lions number one pick.

The Vikings lost Percy Harvin and added the Packers #4 receiver who totaled 366 yards last year. So where is all of that improvement coming from? All of those unproductive and rookie wideouts? Or are you expecting Peterson to do better than last season? How about the aging defensive stars like Allen? Do you really think he is improving? It's hard to imagine the secondary doing much worse, but where is all of the improvement going to come from? It's okay to have an opinion and to hope! But that doesn't change the facts. And the facts simply don't seem to support your prediction.

Its almost like we have already had this conversation a few or 100 times.... wishful thinkers can only see the highs but not the lows. Don't even get started on their CBs and MLB, I guess they will be "fine" I hear.

But if their few rookies are going to be that good I guess so will the Packers rookies and all those rookies from last year who had significant playing time last year.

Nice post, no rhythm no reason -- just straight up dumb! Way to choose the rebuilder though over the sure thing 

I have a similar prediction Pack, Lions, vikes, who ever that other team is.

Stop. You are using logic. That will destroy their arguments. In order for their predictions to come true they have to abandon all rational thinking and ignore that the Packers have as many or more high draft picks signed or returning from injuries last year than any of their teams. That doesn't even take into account returning starters like Bishop, Jolly or Quarless.

Jennings was injured last year, Percy Harvin is a good player if he plays, migraines keeps him out a lot.

Of course Greg was injured. Recently he is injured a lot. Jennings has missed more games in the last 2 years than Percy has missed in the last 4. So if you claim Percy misses a lot of games I guess you are in trouble.

BTW if you are relying on Jennings to make up for Harvin AND provide all of the additional improvement you were talking about, all I can say is good luck! I don't see how that happens even if Greg plays every game at 100%. Jennings is good, but not that good. In Green Bay he had Rodgers throwing him the ball and a lot of other good receivers to take some of the coverage away from him. How does he not get doubled every play in Minnesota? And he isn't a short yardage specialist. Do you really think Ponder can use Jennings as effectively as Rodgers? Keep hoping.

Yes, you are "just saying ... " Now if you could get any prognosticator or expert to agree, that might be a start. Or at least provide some facts that MIGHT support what you are saying, that would be good.

Facts for sports trash talking?

Really?

Here's some trash talking facts.
GB lost Jennings among others

Viking lost Harvin.

Viking draft was ranked number 1 in the NFL by me. Packers ranked 18th by me. Not bad but not great.

You still dont get it.Jennings isnt replacing Harvin.Wright and Patterson will be taking Harvins position.Jennings is just a reciever that we added.Jared Allen played the last year and a half with a torn Labrum so im pretty sure hell play better. The Harvin trade enabled us to do some things that the Packers couldnt.Thats getting three first rounds where the Packers got one.The reason we'll be better is because of an improved passing game.PLus we'll be improved in the secondary because of the two big corners we have. Not only that we have a top ten Oline and our dline is stacked. The Packers cant say that.Sure the Packers will be improved in the running game but I'm not so sure its going to mean more points.

Packers fans say the vikings fans have this jealousy of the Packers But who crosses over to the Vikes forum to post not only on the cross over pages but any subjuct. I think anyone can see what fan base has the jealousy. They come & knock our rookies & we havn't said anything about theirs, Its jealousy right & none of their rookies was in the pro bowl last year. & I dont think any of them will be asked to the next one.

I get it. Apparently other Viking fans don't get it. You need to explain it to them! And your "improved" passing game consists of players that have caught as many passes ever COMBINED from Christian Ponder as Jordy Nelson caught from Aaron Rodgers just last season alone, but for less yards than Jordy had just last season. Your "improved passing game" is nice in THEORY but it far from a fact. BTW congrats on your 3 first rounders, but the Packers have 3 first rounders also with Jones, Perry and Sherrod. Sherrod and Perry also have years of extra playbook and game film study and practice time over your first rounders!

As you said, the Packers will be improved in the running game. The offensive line should protect Aaron better just by getting the best guys on his blind side. That doesn't even take into account Derek Sherrod (a first rounder!) finally being able to play. The young inexperienced defensive backs that contributed so much last year now have a year under their belts. The defensive line got better with the addition of Jones (a first rounder!) and Jolly. Our passing game improved with the addition of a REAL tightend with the return of Andrew Quarless, freeing up Finley to move outside where he played about the half the time previously. With Perry (a first rounder!) and Mathews on the outside and Jones and Bishop on the inside the Packers LB corp will be as strong as that unit has been in decades and may be one of the strongest in the NFL. The ONLY area that the Packers MIGHT not have improved is at WR since we did lose our 4th most productive wideout from last season, but he hasn't been a reliable onfield contributor anyhow. As long as Cobb, Jones and Nelson continue to develop Jenning's 366 yards can easily be made up by them alone. Anything the younger guys contribute will be icing on the cake.

Enjoy that "improved passing game" theory while you can. Once the season starts that theory gets put to the test.

Well I guess in a small way I might be jealous of viking fans... with their uncanny ability to just ignore all reason, logic, and facts to be able to live in a world of pure imagination. It must be nice to just create and live in whatever imaginary world you choose.

Hold your breath

GB O line isn't big enough for a great running game. Their set up for pass protection.
