If they except a 2nd,I'm running them out of town.
I expect Wright to go to slot, leaving us down two wide outs of worth
I would want Jennings and Bowe. And for a trade,a top CB in return, not a draft pick.

This really sucks

A second or third rounder? Give me a freaking break.

Jacksonville or Cleveland, Do Not send him to NE, he deserves none of that.

Given his injury history and personality clashes with the coaching staff no one will give us a first round pick. However Miami has two seconds and two thirds and I can see them giving up a second and a third or a second and a fourth. Jacksonville is interested and I would take their second for Harvin. Wright can fill in for Harvin in the slot. He isn't as productive, but Harvin is hurt a lot and hasn't played a full season. We need help at a lot of positions so the 34th pick plus Wright improves the team.

I would not take a second for Harvin.
He is a proven talent, an elite talent at that. When he does play, it's 100%, someone will offer a 1st. Just who does will have to wait and see.
Head Coaches are egomaniacs for the most part, someone will convince their personell people that he can 'handle' Harvin.

Im asking you guys from a Viking fans view.Does Harvin have trouble with discipline? Is he hard to handle? The only thing ive seen from Harvin that is troubling ( from a Packer fans point of view) is Migraines and that's really no reason to trade him.Harvin is a great talent and another WR to compliment him would do wonders and certainly a good next step in the playoff run and toward the ultimate goal of a SB.

I'm not sure what happens internally but I think Harvin has MVP credentials and should not be tradeable. He can run, play Qb,wr and return
WTF
they would have to be nuts.

Play QB?
Since when, or are you joking?
Anyway, if he's a cancer, he has to be dealt, but for no less than a first, and maybe even a player to boot IMO

As a Gator he played some Qb and was good.
I don't see a 1st unless it's top 5.He's just to good.

Teams will big needs will look past some attitude issues and make trades based on performance (Moss, T.O., Haynesworth etc..). Percy's performance was 1st round worthy. The problem now is durability. Migraine problem seemed to be overcome as he had no issues last season. The ankle injury is something else. Why was he put on IR? Was it worse than they told the press? This would make sense if they were considering trading him. By the time the trade happens he could be cleared physically but the chances of re-injuring that ankle could be high if was a grade III sprain.

Harvin is worth a 2 or multiple lower picks. Vikings have needs at LB, CB, DT, S, WR, OG and QB plus some more depth. This is more than the pciks they already have so a trade for a 2 or a 3+ would go a long way to build the team.

My wife works with an old girlfriend of his that he's still friendly with. I should ask her for some Percy gossip. But I don't think he is the type to post too much info on twitter or other social feeds or share with family and friends. He seems pretty tight with what he says and does spout off when not happy like so many players do these days.

The forum was closed while they wiped out all traces of Pixie Boy. Even Topix had had enough.

Regarding Percy..........
Frazier and Harvin are the only ones who know what the issue is.

He's gone. I hope we get a QB.

I was kinda freaking out about that. I thought somebody was playing a bad trick.

I'm mixed on Harvin. I read one article and want him to stay, read the next article and think we should trade. Like you said Harry, "Harvin and Frazier are the only ones that know the truth."

I checked his college stats and just when I was going to comment the other day somebody pulled the plug.
Didn't see a single pass attempt listed but I clearly remember watching Fl.games with him at Qb.So unless senility has set in......
I'm stumped.
I also remember Stubby asking me in Harvin's rookie year if he was ROY material, and I responded yes listing these same positions. He did get rookie of the year.
Players like him don't grow on trees,we really need to come through with him.
Spielmen wants to keep the OL in tack.Maybe Allen of Calif (wr)might be a good grab for us,his stats and bio say he's great. Not sure he falls to 23.With such depth at DT,we might be able to go WR,DT.If we don't get a veteran Qb maybe Smith of SF,we need to draft a Qb to push Ponder, the better man in preseason starts.Need another CB and some depth at LB,maybe a starter, need some more DL and OL,if only for depth. The Redskins drafted Griffin and still drafted a Qb,we could use the same.Webb can go,maybe Bethel Cook or whatever his name is can go as well. Not sure about the later though.

According to Yahoo News, San Francisco is looking at Harvin. Alex Smith and a draft pick.

That would work for me. We would get our backup/starter QB and a pick to get a WR.

Your thoughts.....
