Some nice picks I will admit- I'm not to sure why you went with Marques Colston I know last season he was a 1000 + receiver last year & was Bree's favorite target But he is 30 & will be 31 this year. Also you could see at the end of last season he lost a step. I didn't go with Wallace because of the QB now throwing to him. Other then that I got to say Damm guy your going to hard to beat. I got to ask - Was you on a time limit on each pick Like they do on NFL.com I'm playing there

Also I only see Bree's as your QB is he the only QB on your list? If he gets hurt theres no one left that will help your team thats worth taking. I'm not sure how you guys made your picks. if you was at a site with a time limit like I was NFL.com runs it like a real draft.maybe you just make a list of anyone I don't know

How about my guy Manning, 462 yards & 7 TDs Wow... Great way for my fantasy team to start the season. I got a good chance at winning this thing with Manning as my quarterback. The yards he puts up & the TD points, The guy is great... Then add in jacoby Jones 35 yards before he was hurt. You can circles the wagons But I have alot of Ammunition haha:)

Why didn't you pick Ponder as your fantasy league QB that way in no way do you root against the vikings at some point..

Not even the most BS filled moronic Viking fan is stupid enough to play Christian Ponder in their fantasy league. Viking Nation just proved it. I love how he calls Peyton Manning "my guy"! Christian Ponder will never be anybody's guy. Nobody wants him ... not even Viking fans. ROFLMAO

Right, because it's fantasy football.

Ponder could theoretically lead the Vikings to 11 wins this season. Okay...he and AD's presence on the field along with good defense but the point is, there are a lot of "good" NFL QB's that don't necessarily make good fantasy QB's

I would take Eli and Rothlisberger as Viking QB's today but they are almost never drafted early in fantasy.

Your boy Rodgers has been my "guy" two of the last four seasons but as you know, the Pack aren't known for running the ball down your throat right?

Fantasy is just that.

Reality is that the NFC north better hope that Ponder isn't just slightly above average this year 'cause it could mean trouble barring any serious injury to any key Viking players if you get my drift.

He actually played pretty good in his last real game last year correct?

Oh, and I totally forgive Tramon williams for getting out of Peterson's way in that game and saving himself for the playoffs, I would too.

Good luck Packer, you may just need it. I think your OL might be made from a certain type of cheese.

Hope not 'cause I don't want MY "guy" to get hurt.

I picked Manning because of his play last season If not for peterson Manning would have been MVP & I think he will be this year & If he plays like he did in that Raven game he will for sure be the MVP. I went with what I think is the best QB in the NFL. nothing against Ponder just Manning is one of the best of all time.

I say "my guy" meaning he is my fantasy quarterback It has nothing to do with Ponder Just as Chlidress QB is Brees, I am sure he will tell you it has nothing to with Ponder. You go with what you think is the best over all guy. Note I didn't pick Aaron Rodgers & Chlidress didn't pick him. His pick Brees is also a great pick for fantasy football. I don't Aaron Rodgers will play up to the level of last year because of the Packers makeshif front line & thats why I didn't go with him. I do have Packers WR James Jones & Vikes WR Patterson along with Ravens WR Jacoby, ALT. Julio Jones, Bronws WR Gred little, Cards WR Larry Fitzgerald, TE Rams Jared Cook Vikes TE Rudalph,BenJarvus Green-Ellis RB - CIN Doug Martin RB - TB Mikel Leshoure RB - DET Daryl Richardson RB - STL Cam Newton QB - CAR Peyton Manning Denver Blair Walsh K - MIN San Francisco 49ers DEF The Fantasy football is nothing like the the Fantasy football these guy are playing here I had a time limit for each pick & if you didn't pick the player in time he was gone, unlike the fantasy football these guys all play. I tihkn they just pick any guy there is no time limit & the guy they is alway there to pick. NFL.com runs their game like a real draft. you just get more picks being your putting a full team to together.

Rothlisberger and Eli Manning are nothing like Christain Ponder. Both of them actually get drafted in fantasy football. My league is full of Viking fans and not one even wants the bum for their backup! Maybe the Viking fans I know are smarter than most here. They know the difference between a good QB and a bad one. BTW Aaron Rodgers is also 'my guy" but I have Brees on my fantasy team. But Brees will never be my guy. Poor Viking fans. Christain Ponder will never be anybody's guy!

Do you think Ponder can be consistently slightly above average and isn't that asking nothing of a QB picked at 7?

I want Ponder to be able to carry us like Peterson did last year,

Ponder the the 12th pick of the 2010 draft He wasn't the 7th over all pick. Peterson was the 7th over all pick of the 2007 draft.

I think when a team drafts a QB be it the number pick of the draft like JaMarcus Russell that never did pan out or a player like Steve Young that Tampa Bay drafted. Look at Young's second year stats - Young's second year he had less yards the Ponder. Young had 2,282 yards only 6 TDs & 13 INTs With a Cmp % of 53.6. Then he went to the 49ers & now he is in the Hall of Fame.. Like Vikings fans, Many in Tamp Bay at that time said Young would never amount to anything in the NFL & was happy to see him go. The Same could happen to Ponder like it happen to Young Maybe he is better then many give him credit for & maybe they should give him a chance ( More Time ) to get the feel of the game. Sometimes all it takes is a little patience !. Wouldn't you have hated to have lost someone like a Steve Young.

Comparing Christain Ponder to Steve Young is like comparing Tim Tebow to Fran Tarkenton. It's stupid! But what do you expect from a POS valor stealing imbecile?
