27-24 Minn after 3 but GB starts the 4th at their own 49 1st and 10 and it looks like ( for now,GB has the momentum) but a quarter left in a tough game.
Wonder if Crosby's consistent kicking will have a barring on the results or a 4th and 1 in FG territory will turn into GB going for it instead.
GB hasnt led yet but who knows

not good Minn gets 7 shots inside GB 15 or so because of the penalty time to go to work and tie it back up

Chicago well,Pakluv1 7-1 and you miss the playoffs!
LBF,sorry we didnt get the job done this week
Minn is 7-1 at home 2-6 on the road,so i still love GB chances next week vs Minn at Lambeau

Great game eric (maybe not quite as great for you) great play by both teams, and an epic battle. Looks like the Pack get a shot at revenge next week, see ya then!

We shall see ya then for sure! IT SURE as heck felt like a playoff game,it took a split second after the FG to realize we play next week.
Great game both both for sure. You just cant give up a 3rd and 11 with just under 2 Minutes to go,simple as that.
SO
we are off to Lambeau next week with yet another date,Maybe its the Packer fan in me,but, i just cant see Minn beating Gb 2 weeks in s row but you never know,so have t o get ready for yet another epic battle and at least Chicago got knocked out,i just hope Lovie Smith can keep his job and the staff is stupid enough to let the Whiner stay as the starting qb

For a change, I'm hoping for inclement weather next weekend for the grudge match. A blowing, snowy day will most likely affect the passing game much more than the running game, advantage Vikings.

Rodgers and the receivers are all GB has, they don't run well, and they just gave up 37 to Minnesota. A very tall order, but you stop Aaron, and GB has no chance this week or any other upcoming week.

I remember someone saying that the packers will be playing hard this weekend, so the Vikings had no chance..........OK.

Stop AR but How many times has that happened? Take Minn out of the controlled weather in a dome,on turf and put them in the cold on grass? 7-1 home team playing on the road where they were 2-6 and beating GB 2 weeks in a row is a very tough order and i just don't think it will happen
BUT,who ever wins it,i still like either teams chances to beat ATL ( even though they are #1 seed as the 3 and 6 play 1 correct? and 4-5 play 2)if im right.ATL ( for some reason) just doesn't impress me,they should but they dont.
Yes cold weather favors the team that can run for sure but the cold can also favor a team that plays in it,rather then a dome team.We shall see, but, im sticking with GB.Congrats on your nice win 40,see ya next week for the grudge match and the tie breaker as we are tied 1-1

Ending the division streak was more icing on the win cake today, GB almost went two seasons without losing to a division opponent.
We've got cold weather over here too, I'm sure that is where they will be practicing this week, outdoors. We went in and beat a very good Texan team last week on the road, so the Vikings are on a very hot streak right now, exactly when it is needed.
Winning on Lamebeau next week would be a second straight win in GB for Minnesota in the playoffs. Not easy, for sure, but we are now in position to do just that.
Cold, snow and wind........come on Winter...
Happy New Year Eric!

Before today the last lose within the NFC North was in Chicago in September of 10 so its been 2 1/3 years, over 2 complete season ( over 3 years,,,10,11,12) but as all things,it comes to an end.Minnesota should be practicing in the cold and yes,the Vikings are on a hot streak, much like GB was on in 10,NYG were on in 11,so you never know, but,GB won how many Div games in a row,Now they lose 2 straight?, Minnesota beat them in GB in the playoffs before now 2 straight, Twice in 2 weeks? It can happen, absolutely and a division game its certainly possible but.I just cant see it.
anyway Happy New Year to you and yours as well! With all my best for health and happiness!

Will this be the end of Lovie or are we going to have to put up with him for another year?
The Bears what a joke.
To think they were getting Urlacher ready for the play offs.
Cutler talked to the press after the game. I am sure he didn't talk when he got off the plane.

I will not diminish the success GB has reveled in inside the division , but facing a tough stretch when no one gave them a chance, the Vikings have gained momentum with win after win.
Lambeau is our second home, replete with memories of past success.
The invincibility rumored to have surrounded GB with their recent play cannot diminish the fact that they were just beat by a team with one star and supporting cast.
Ponder has recently raised his stock with timely, accurate throws, who knows?
5 may be the magic number.
Turnovers will decide this one

Thats a fact.GB success at lambeau recently has been less then stellar and on the road has been ok ( helped by that terrific run in 10) but beating GB twice in 2 weeks and again consider the fact Minn. is almost unbeatable this year at home and 2-6 on the road.Yes,they are playing better and on a streak now so that has to be strongly considered and Turnovers as to be considered as its prob. going to be at least cold and AP doesnt put it on the ground but AR rarely throws the INT SO if Minn is to get the turnovers it should be via fumble and GB will have to turn Ponder over with the INT.Ponder played well yesterday for sure and Minn deserved the win,I just question if Ponder can do it,under the pressure of the playoffs on the road,Yes, yesterday was a win or go home in a playoff atmosphere, but, can he again do it in hostile territory,in the cold at Lambeau during playoff times.1 thing is for sure, both would LOVE to knock out a rival

I think Lovie stays.Lovie is a great defensive mind,Chicago NEEDS an Offensive guy who knows what hes doing and an upgrade on the oline and a new qb.
They were 7-1,ended 10-6 couldnt beat a team with a winning record except Minn, who beat them a few weeks later,( unless you count INDY in their 1st game with a rookie qb and a new defense).

Congrats to the Vikings on making the playoffs. See you next week. In GB!
3 wins to 10 wins and in the playoffs is enough for me this year as Harvin is out and we still need a few weak spots filled. Still good enough to beat two 12 win teams to close out the season.
