New Miami Dolphins coach Joe Philbin finalized his staff on Friday, retaining eight members from Tony Sparano 's old staff.

It really doesn't matter what the coaches do. If the Dolphins do not bring in Peyton Manning, then everything will remain status quo -- MEDIOCRE.
Now, if management do decide to bring in Manning, it needs to allow Manning to run the team the way he did with the Colts. Everyone -- including Philbin, his assistants, the genius Jeff Ireland and Ross -- should keep their paws OFF the running of the team should Manning come to QB the team.
I'm sure that's the way Manning should want it.
