Seriously though Gruden would likely be a huge improvements over most if not all of the post-Shula clowns. Might not be the absolute best candidate, but still a giant improvement.

One main reason would be, Gruden is known as a master at working with quarterbacks....and that's what the fins need the most....the defense has actually shown occasional quality.....
