The state of Missouri announced Monday that it will not appeal a July court decision and Gordon Parks Elementary will remain open, but many children have moved on to other charter and Kansas City district schools.

Well, that is bad for the criminals. A man comes to kidnap someone, gets croaked in the process, and his accomplice is charged in his death.
