DUDE, you should accept the blame, afterall you are in a high management position. The performance of your employees are only good as your managing skills. Where have ya been and not taking your duties to heart? Also, where are the high standards in safety inspections? Why are we seeing recalls, once folks have bought the car? Now, they find out "something" may cause injury to a part that may be hazardous to them? Where's the quality control? ROCK ON!
