if there is anything this team needs right now to move forward, it's. SPARANO! this team badly needs a "run first" team! that will give a big break to matt flynn or whoever is the starting (qb) in the team. using dmac and terrelle pryor in special packages often will open experience for matt flynn. dmac will flourish. unless he gets unjured again, don't count on dmac too much. be hopefull, but i tell ya, use the draft pick (rb's) to their best ability to back dmac! between sparano and greg olson, it can be done! no diss to d allen, but if they can see what spaarno can do his first season, hand over the reins to him the following season! if this team does not win many games, look at what olson and sparano have done.. these guys workimg together will do good. d allen will get all the credit. vote sparano as your next (HC)! you want me to tell you something? sparano is well experienced. he has embraced the RAIDERS like if they belonged to him, like if he should have belonged to the RAIDER org. long time ago. well, better now than before i say! this guy will be a coach in the future, a "RAIDER-coach"! right now, olson and sparano will team up pretty good. trial!

I understand both sides of the argument. Sparano, sucked with the jets. But, the hope is new system, new coaches, different players will make a difference in his success. Bottom line is, proof is in the pudding.

I haven't followed Sparano that much, but I hope he works out well for us.
