Patriots still perfect

Full story: South Florida Sun-Sentinel

Tom Brady was almost perfect. The Patriots still are. Their poised and prolific quarterback knocked another mark out of the books in their record-breaking season by completing all but two of his 28 passes to ...

I know your giddy w/Brady man love, but you Pats Fans never give the real heros any respect. The front line allows Brady to camp out and take his time. Under pressure he is an average QB at best.
The linemen never get the respect. The Pats have one of the best o-lines around. Remember Marino's commercials where he was always buying presents for his linemen? Brady had his line in a couple of commercials too. The good QB's know who to thank.

You said it E, TB can set-up a tail gate party back there and still not get rushed. I have long said the only way to beat Tom Brady is to give him extreme pressure. When ever the Fins beat him (in the past), it was all about pressure, he gets rattled and doesn't do well. This year, he has only had mild pressure applied..

As a die hard Patriots fan from New England living in South Florida, as so many of us do, it was a great day on Saturday when we kept our perfect record going as you featured on Sunday’s headline, but can you explain why there was a picture under that headline that featured the Green Bay/Seattle game???? Did you get your pictures and headlines mixed up? Any football fan can appreciate the great game that Green Bay played, but if you didn’t have a picture from the game because it was a late game perhaps you should have put the picture somewhere else than under the heading that didn’t refer to the picture.
Dear Lisa, the cookie crumbles the same way in Boston swettie. Stop whining and enjoy.

He is a dirty player and has long gotten away with it. Many teams have a player that pushes the edge of the envelope like him. For them, it is not dirty or wrong if they don't get called for it. Kinda like Belicheat thinking, it is not cheating if you don't get caught!!!!!*

<quoted text> Really? Wow. Are you only 10 years old? You seem to have a very limited perspective on the NFL. Or maybe you've just started watching only after your team finally won a championship back in 2001. Which is it? Or is it both? Or maybe you've forgotten all about what it was like to have your team lose year in and year out? Either way, your comment was lame.
Do not listen these lame coments from any one ! My Patriots were once pretty pathetic (remeber the 90s)as awful as they were I was still a fan hoping that one day they would win a superbowl after 3 (hopefully 4)keep the faith, been there.

Got caught for 15 yards last saturday, and my point is ,Miami and a few other teams would take him and the fans wouldn't complain.I think he is just "enthusiastic".

i guess you still havent learned to do any research before you speak. tom brady was the most blitzed qb this year. 39% of the time a team sent a blitz. eli manning was second. tom brady in those pressure situations had a qb rating of 118 and 17 td's and just 2 picks. if you are to talk please speak with fact not blind opinion.

Excellent post - you sound like a true fan! Congrats on these last few seasons - your team is on one of those dynastic rolls! Every fan should get to feel that way about their team.

Not so much. Remember Bryan Cox? Loved him as a player - hated him for all of the extra baggage. When his theatrics started costing the team yardage during critical games, he had crossed the line. Don't think fans didn't complain about him.

Every real football player knows that every team taped thier opponents. But this commissioner screwed up when he put the blame on 1 team. As soon as that happened, every team burned thier tapes so they don't get caught. Fans who call the patriots cheaters are just making up more stupid excuses.
Sounds like you've got your excuses. Pot - kettle.

I like how they let their beards grow while they are winning. Grizzly Adams! They have to be one of the top o-lines this season.

Who has blind opinion? If you actually read my comment I said nothing about blitzed or most blitzed. Your response show exactly why we differ, my comment point was..... the o-line is the primary resaon for TB's success as he lots o time to sit back there and decide where to throw..... How is it you didn't understand that or are you just looking to trump yourself somehow?-whew!
