The trade between the Cleveland Browns and Indianapolis Colts that sent Trent Richardson to the Colts in exchange for Indianapolis' 2014 first-round draft pick raised a lot of eyebrows.

Clearly the Vikings are still stinging over the Herschel Walker trade. The brain trust has decided to get even with Dallas by trading Peterson for a couple of first rounders...
That'll show them

Oh no no no no. Get a single pick for AP? Oh heck no. That would not be wise in the least. We would need at least 2 #1s and 2 #2s to even entertain the idea.

Besides last year you said he was finished. Then he went on to a 2000 yard season. I just can't agree with this at all.

This topic is arguably the worst one I've ever seen. If they have any common sense, they would find a quarterback solution that would balance the run game. This move would also take pressure off of a defense that has been exhausted due to lack of a solid passing game. I believe Cassel will prove to be a better play maker than Ponder. What he accomplished in New England, and his 1st Year in Kansas City was no fluke. He will have some nice weapons around him and I think he will surprise lots of people.

The article seems to be written of the opinion that Minnesota is a total loss already.

Giving AP away may seriously hurt the franchise. I can only imagine, but he's one of the few things Minnesota fans have to cheer for.

Besides, picking up a few high draft picks that may not pan out for an already sure-thing is ridiculous.
