A little racketeering goes a long way in the Minnesota Government. Congrats on the stadium and as Dayton so aptly put it:

Don't ask questions, just do as the boss ( criminal ) does ....... We are just the tax payers that build this crap then have to pay 150 dollars to go watch a stinkin game.
