Is Matt Schuab lacking confidence and ability to be a pro caliber quaterback?

It appears Matt Schuab has lost any confidence he had, and cannot lead a team thru postseason play. He can't run, he has become inconsistant in the passing department. He normally lacks any emotion, a question of drive or ambition? He lost his edge and has not found it since the Green Bay game, only coming out of a fog in the two overtime games, in overtime!
It appears Kubiak has lost confidence in Schuab's ability to make critical plays. It seems Schuab needs to sit on the bench and rethink his attitude, or lack thereof, as to being a leader of the Texans!
