My guess is that several of these players will not be on the Packers final roster. Perhaps as many as half. At RB I can't imagine that both Starks and Green make the team and it's possible neither one will.

Very possible.I can see Harris,Franklin and Lacy although GB has had 4 RB on the roster before and 1 FB and id like to see another FB or convert a LB to FB or something to that nature

Starks or Green may be converted to FB.

We need a bigger, harder blocking FB.Starks or Green are what 220 at most.Im talking a 250lb or so,someone who can block and hit.

If their choice is to bulk up or to go home, I bet they will bulk up. If they don't play in the NFL the Packers don't need them.

Great idea.Convert Bulaga to left tackle.Convert Sitton to left guard and convert Starks or Green to FB.Maybe you can convert Lacy into an airplane and he can fly over opponents.Lmao.So Funny.

Bulaga was actually a LT and moved because Mark Tauscher got injured and stayed there until this year.
Sitton being one of the best Guards in the game can play either side.

Bulaga and Sitton ARE moving to the left side. As for Green and Starks I honestly think neither can make the team as a halfback. The only conversion they are likely to see is a conversion from Packer to ex-Packer or NFL player to ex-NFL player. If the improvements at running back are even a fraction of what I expect, then I'm sure I will find it VERY amusing as the Packers continue to dominate the division. You can laugh your ass off then too!

You guys do allot of conversions.Of course I think were converting Webb to wide reciever but I dont know that he'll make the team. He'll be so far behind the other recievers. The Vikings probably did him an injustice by not converting him to reciever right away when we drafted him.Of course that was Childress and Bevell that did that.Green might excel somewheres else cause even Benson couldnt run in Greenbay after 2 straight 1000 yard seasons. You have to dominate at the line or no one can run.The Packers have dominated the division but I dont believe they will much longer. The Packers have kinda had a setback because you had to use draft picks on the D line three straight years. That cost you in the Oline and the secondary and on recieving depth.

A lot of conversions? Where? Sitton already played the left side and Bulaga is moving from right tackle to left tackle, which is a move many developing tackles make. BTW thanks again for reminding me that the Packer run game has nowhere to go but up. That makes me very confident in the Packers continued domination of the division!

BTW you obviously don't follow Packer drafts very closely, but if you want to believe we haven't drafted O-linemen I don't care. Will that make you believe the Vikings are winning the division this season? If so, what happens when you discover that O-linemen have been drafted?

I knew about Tretter and Bakhtiario.Actually I think the Vi-KINGS looked at Bakhtiari but we were looking for depth.Youre looking for starters.

We have starters. We are looking to find better starters. You know, just like the Vikings would like at WR and in the secondary and at LB and at QB!

You know if the Packers had drafted Patterson youd be saying what a superstar hell be but since the Vikings did it hes not.You dont consider the Vikings on the same level as youre team but youre going to find out different.

No, I don't say that any rookie will be a superstar. It's hard enough (but much easier) to declare who will be a bust. And you are right, I do not consider the Vikings on the same level as the Packers. Why should I? Everybody that is serious about that issue is willing to put their money where there mouth is. All you have to do is check the betting in Las Vegas. Obviously, real sports fans are backing up what I believe with dollars. You are merely proving that talk is cheap. You know, if what you say is true, you should be placing a fortune on the Vikings! At the end of the season you can brag about all the money you made, like I was doing 2010 and 2011!

Thanks for admitting that you really have no faith in the Vikings.

Did the "real" master Rick Spielman build a SB champ yet?
I know the "master" Ted Thompson has, and pretty much through the draft ( speaking of such)

Did you read the article I posted. It was about the 2011 draft. The Packers and the Vikings each had 10 draft picks. The Vikings still have 9 out of the ten whereas the Packers only have 6.The article states that the Vikings gained 4 potential starters for the 2013 season whereas the Packers gained 1.The proof is on paper.Spielman was an outright genius this year and 2012.Who said anything about 2010 in the strike shortened season?.Spielman wasnt the GM then.
