As Mc mentioned earlier and printed in the MJS, the Packers have options, but, who would you gues like to see at Center? JC Tretter? move Lang over?, Lane Taylor? Draft one ( which is basically the same as JC Tretter as he didnt play last year with the ankle OR he may have beaten EDS out for the job), they can still acquire one ( although TT loves his Draft picks,so im not counting on a trade)

It'll come from within. I don't see a FA or trade at this point.

My guess is JC Tretter gets the first crack at it. TJ Lang is probably the backup plan if that doesn't work, though I think they would rather keep him at RG. If Lang does move to center, then it opens up the right side a bit with Barclay probably moving to RG and Bulaga at RT.

The problem is, it sounds like Lang isnt exactly happy with the prospect of moving to Center, so if Tretter doesnt do as well as they thought,,hope theres a backup plan..
I mentioned the fact Mc also thinks of Sherrod as a LT so hes backing up Bahkitari unless he really outplays him in camp so that leave Bulaga who hasnt played an NFL game since mid 2012 and Barclay who has done a nice job and better then Bulaga in Runblocking but not quite as good at Bulaga in pass protection

I can't blame Lang. He bounced around from position to position as a backup and then wins a starting job--plays really well--and then they start talking about moving him again. He wants to earn good money like every other guy and changing positions again isn't going to help, plus centers make less than any other position player league-wide.

I understand he may not "want" to play C if up to him. But as far as money is involved he is getting payed very well. VERYwell IMO.

I hope he stays at G where I think he has been great while healthy. If for some reason he has to go to C because it is best for the team then so be it. It is about winning not playing G or C. Or a G playing left or right side. He is an inside olineman and being paid good money to do what they ask.... not cry about a switch that may be best for the team.

I wish he would move to Center and Lane Taylor can step in at RG,,That eliminates having to us a high pick on the position and we can concentrate on other positions

A high pick for a center? Not this year. The highest ranked guy is barely 2nd round material. The Pack say they have no plans to move Lang to center. I think that's smart.
