Pretty good video show of what a lineman goes thru. I know this is within the context of the whistle and Suh's wasn't but you can see the frustration and EVERY play could be a flag.

I can tell you are a wealth of knowledge when it comes to knowing the game of football. The LIONS weren't expected to win this year....10-6 and 11-5 is amazing and seeing as only 5 teams make the playoffs, any lions fan will take it.
Does ANYONE expect the Lions to go into - GB, SF or to the Saints and win a road playoff game....LOL
It is an improvement...but who seriously shoots to "just make the playoffs"...and claims a moral victory...I too can tell you are a wealth of knowledge when it comes to knowing the game of football...

Every NFL team starts the season to win the super bowl. Its the goal. Only 1 team can. Others look to build for the future still.
So I'll tell you who shoots for making the play offs...a team like Detroit that hasn't had a winning record since 2003, a team that hasn't won a play off game since 1991 and a team that has never won a championship. Learn about the sport before you start making claims about others knowledge. Cuz you read an article about a team doesn't mean you know "something"

When are Lion's fans gonna do the right thing, and insist that the NFL Hall Of Fame induct Alex Karras, while he is still alive?

It's right to be impressed by the lineman's role and frustrations from the video, Townie, but any flagrant foul AFTER the whistle, such as deliberately stepping on an o[pponent's arm, should be punished to the fullest extent. In this case, a suspension for Suh is not only called for but a necessity to keep some sort of order in NFL football.
