Yep,but,im sure you would agree that this was Detroit"s division with all the injuries that Chi and GB have suffered.I find it very hard to believe that Schwartz wont be fired if Det. doesnt win this division.

lions should have run away with the division. This was their chance, next year it might be hard to keep up with the bears and packers. Bears lead the NFC in points this year and second in the nfl with the broncos at number one. Things have changed in the division with Bears having one of the best offenses in the league and will only improve next year. Not saying the lions won't still win the division, but they just might let another team catch up and take it.

Yea,Det certainly had a chance to wrap this thing up a while back.
We dont know about next year but this year has been a freaking bust for all 3 of us.
There is now serious doubt Rodgers will even be back this year ( according to what has been said in the WSJ).
Now,its Dallas,Chicago tagged them last weekend but Dallas is a much better team at Home,so, we will see how it works.
GB in Dallas,,Chi at Clev.( who should have beaten NE if not for a shitty call_) Baltimore at Det. so who knows where it falls but i can certainly see Baltimore beating Det ( even in Det) Baltimore is in the WC race and is playing some good football right now..GB has been 0-4-1 before beating a still weakened ATL team and Dallas is a better Home team and Chicago in Cleveland and it is certainly not a give me for Chicago. This very well could be a 3 team race going into the last week,It is very exciting ending here 3 teams within 1/2 of each other

Dallas might be better at home, but bears offense is scoring the most points in the nfl second to only broncos. Dallas has trouble stopping the run, so lacy should have a good day, being indoors it should help him with his asthma . I have a feeling AR will be playing this week, just a hunch.

Each team's character is being tested in different ways. I'd give Chicago the edge based on the eye test.

Rodgers practiced with the 1st team but still not cleared.I still dont like the idea of Rodgers playing on turf coming back from an injury but im sure the Drs will be super careful and conservative with their decision to let him play or not.Dallas is planning for Rodgers to play,,until today Flynn was taking the snaps.Dont know when a decision will be made but Lastnight/early today,It sounded very bleak that Rodgers would play,,Now, he practiced with the 1st team ( he was supposed to be evaluated today,so no surprise he took snaps with 1st team) but he hasnt been cleared.I read Cutler is close but Brian Urlacher Said the Bears should stay with McGown even if Cutler is healthy ( read that on ESPN web site)( not busting your balls completely serious)SO all the time you get pissed at me for saying that, well, B.U. agrees with me!:)

Of course When Cutler is healthy he will get his job back but i found it interesting that Urlacher would say that.

Urlacher is a little bitter the bears let him go, doesn't really matter what he thinks. The bears new coach trestman knows what he's doing, first year coach and he has his team scoring points than every team but one. Glad he makes the decisions and not Urlacher.

He is a pretty darn good coach,Cutler will get his job but They are scoring with McGown,so Cutler cant say look at all the points the offense is scoring..Do you think its maybe the system not the qb in Chicago?( You have to admit, the Bears are scoring points under a journeymen qb Josh McGown and Granted your Bears score more points is true but its slightly slanted as the defense and special teams scored a ton of it OR set the Bears up in short fields, for example Cutler scored 14 pts driving a total of 10 yards vs Washington).
In the NLF you score anyway you can and it all counts obviously, but, you cant credit the offense for S.T. or Defensive scores.

I'm like trestman and I'll take cutler. Cutler is the best choice , only a fool would compare a few games ior a half. When healthy cutler is the better QB . Either way, the bears offense is second best in the nfl and looks like the packers don't own the division anymore.

I think Tressman will be a successful coach for sure..Cutler is your starter but you hit on something When healthy. If he stays healthy..You and I def. have a different opinion on Cutler but( we beat it to death,so no need to get back into it) I do believe you comment of the Bears 2nd best offense in the NFL is flawed ( but if you want to be tech.and going on your statement, the Bears did this w/o Cutler for a big part of the season)Packers still own it until someone takes it,but, until then GB is defending Div champs and still own it. When someone wins the NFC North besides GB,GB still owns it.

packers don't own the division anymore, even last year they only won one game more than the bears. Bears offense is flawed? I'll take Brandon Marshall or Ashton Jeffrey over any WR the packers have.

I should have said, thats not offense as in offensive points scored but i is points scored. If you break down points the Bears scored vs anyone else.
Brandon Marshall maybe the best WR of the 2 teams but I would take the GB receiving core as a whole over Chicago in a heart beat and id take Rodgers over any qb in the league hands down.Chicago's offense is not even close to nearly as good as GB ( both teams being healthy) This year Maybe since you have a real backup and GB didnt and GB lost their best WR,starting TE ect but this year,i still dont think Chicago's offense has scored more then GB offense ( even w/o Rodgers).

I can understand packluv’s enthusiasm over the bears new offense. It looks pretty damn good. New oline, great RB, 2 very good very HUGE WRs, new TE. They are much improved over last year. They are tough to stop once they get rolling and it has been impressive to watch at times. Then there is the QB situation. Cutler was having a good year, McCown came in and did a great job putting up good numbers. He has the “hot hand” but now it goes back to Cutler who is the #1. Some say it is right to go back to Cutler some say stick with McCown… either way I think the offense is the last thing they need to worry about. Either QB should be able to do more than enough to win the game when/if the defense does it's part.
