NFL passes helmet rule, ends tuck rule

NFL owners passed a player safety rule Wednesday barring ball carriers from using the crown of their helmets to make forcible contact with a defender in the open field.

This will change the way AD can run. He's a brawler, and oftentimes will lower the boom on corners/D backs. I don't like it one bit

agree with that. not good. Least they got rid of the rule made up on the spot to prevent Al Davis from getting a ring.
