Yes the Bears need go sign get him right away for several reasons. He would still be a top five tackler on this team this year, look at all the second chances this staff is giving out to new players. I don't think we will have the mental edge needed to compete this year without Urlacher on this team, staff is still learning. Also we watched the bears play on their heels, i'm saying in this scheme you will see him and everyone excel, cover two is just the base D but Bears must move away from it at times to stop drives. Bring back Brian if you do nothing else, We need his mental edge..
